Bulloch Co. Foundation to Host "You've Got Talent" Fundraiser
The Bulloch County Foundation for Public Education is hosting "You've Got Talent," their second annual talent show that will feature the elementary through high school level winners from the district's 15 schools. The event is Saturday, May 10, at Statesboro High School, with elementary students competing from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and middle and high school students competing 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Admission is $5 for students and $10 for adults. All proceeds go towards funding innovation grants for Bulloch County Schools' teachers.

Bulloch County Schools and GSU Athletic Promotions Events for Baseball
Friday, March 7, 6 PM against Holy Cross - Elementary School Night - Elementary students (12 and younger) receive free admission; Parents $5. They will include the elementary school kids in their on-field game promotions that night. Out own Georgia Teacher of the Year Jemelleh Coes and current Bulloch County Teacher of the Year Lawanda Allen, both from LCMS, will be throwing out the ceremonial "First Pitch" at this game.
Friday, April 11, 6 PM against University of North Carolina Greensboro - "Home Run Grades Night" which is very similar to the "B Average or Better Report Card" event we did for the GSU Basketball Doubleheader. Students middle school and under will have free admission to the game if they had a B average or better. They accept cell phone pictures or copies of the report card. Unfortunately due to NCAA rules, GSU cannot extend free admission offers to high school students at any of the events.
Saturday, May 10, 2:30 PM against Western Carolina - "Bulloch County Schools Faculty, Staff, & Students Night." They have invited all Bulloch County Schools faculty, staff, and students (middle school and younger) to the game for free. They will be recognizing top student performers from each grade, as well as distinguished faculty and staff on the field during the game.
Unfortunately due to NCAA rules, GSU cannot extend free admission offers to high school students at any of the events.
