Southeast Bulloch Middle School Football has a summer weightlifting and conditioning program. In order to be competitive in our region, it is necessary that players be dedicated over the summer and commit to physical conditioning and being faster and stronger. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-10:30. We also go over our playbook, so you can be more familiar with it by the time we start tryouts each August. Our coaches will share more specific information about summer workouts at the end of each school year.
